Spiraweld NZ Ltd manufactures Stainless Steel Pipe from 70mm to 762mm nominal bore diameter. We have been making stainless steel pipes for 25 years for distribution throughout New Zealand and Australia.

The highest quality is ensured by using:

• Low carbon grade stainless steel
• T304L, T316L + 2205 grade
• Low profile internal and external welds (continuous uniform shape and thickness)
• Immersion in a mixture of nitric and hydrofluoric acid (pickles and passivates the weld and pipe)

Tolerances

• Diameter: Maximum +/- 0.75%.
• Length: +10mm -0, available in 6 metres up to 10 metres long.
• Material: As specified - material certificates issued upon request.
• Protection: Each length inspected prior to complete immersion to chemically descale and passivate the internal and external surfaces of the pipe.
• Packaging: Either loose or securely packaged on pallets.
